# ezgh flags archive

{/* Generated by ezgh-cli's internal/tools/clidocs from the ezgh command tree. Don't edit: change the command's help in ezgh-cli and regenerate. */}

```sh
ezgh flags archive <key>
```

Archive a flag: it's taken out of every environment, so SDKs and providers answer the default value your code gives. Its targeting and history stay, and `ezgh flags unarchive` serves it again. Only an archived flag can be deleted.

Part of [`ezgh flags`](/cli/reference/flags).

## Flags

This command also takes the [global flags](/cli/reference#global-flags).
