List the project's datasets, one per environment, with each one's retention class, default placement and status (active, or deleting: its data is being purged).

## Flags

| Flag | Type | Default | Description |

| `--all` | boolean |  | follow nextCursor through every page |
| `--cursor` | string |  | start from this page (a previous page's nextCursor) |
| `--limit` | int | `20` | items per page, 1 to 100 |
