Show the organization's Observability limits: ingest bytes and requests per second (and the bursts above them), how many searches may run at once, how many new environments a project may start an hour, and how many datasets a project may have. Datasets with limits of their own are listed after, with their effective values. Over a rate, ingest answers 429 with Retry-After, which OpenTelemetry exporters retry. To raise a limit, contact support.

Part of [`ezgh obs limits`](/cli/reference/obs-limits).
