{/* Generated by ezgh-cli's internal/tools/clidocs from the ezgh command tree. Don't edit: change the command's help in ezgh-cli and regenerate. */}

```sh
ezgh sso applications secrets create <application>
```

Add a client secret to a web application that authenticates with one (client_secret_basic or client_secret_post). The secret (ezgh_scs\_…) is printed once, alone on stdout, and can't be shown again. An application has at most two: to rotate, add a second, move the application to it, then delete the first.

Part of [`ezgh sso applications secrets`](/cli/reference/sso-applications-secrets).
