List the application catalog: common SaaS applications with their SAML settings, OpenID Connect settings where the vendor documents a generic OIDC identity provider, and SCIM provisioning settings, checked against each vendor's documentation. Create a saml application from one with `ezgh sso applications create --catalog <id>`. The catalog is read whole.
