List the project's workflows apps: their kind (push or pull), whether they're synced and healthy, and how many workflows they serve.

## Flags

| `--all` | boolean |  | follow nextCursor through every page |
| `--cursor` | string |  | start from this page (a previous page's nextCursor) |
