Path: Observability API

`GET /v1/organizations/{orgId}/projects/{projectId}/obs/alerts/deliveries`

Every attempt, kept 30 days. limit is 1-100 (default 25). A content read: unrecorded. 404 while alerting isn't offered (the console hides Alerting then).

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `apiKey`, http, header `Authorization`
- `oauth`, http, header `Authorization`
- `sessionCookie`, apiKey, in cookie

## Path parameters

- `ListAlertDeliveries.path.orgId` (string, required)
  - format `uuid`
- `ListAlertDeliveries.path.projectId` (string, required)
  - format `uuid`

## Query parameters

- `ListAlertDeliveries.query.limit` (integer, optional) — The page size. Out of range is 400, never a clamp.
  - min 1; max 100; default `25`
- `ListAlertDeliveries.query.cursor` (string, optional) — The previous page's nextCursor. Bound to the organization, the list and its filters.
- `ListAlertDeliveries.query.contactPoint` (string, optional) — Only this contact point's deliveries.
- `ListAlertDeliveries.query.rule` (string, optional) — Only this rule's deliveries.
- `ListAlertDeliveries.query.notification` (string, optional) — Only this notification's attempts (ntf_… or its ID).
- `ListAlertDeliveries.query.result` (array<string>, optional) — Only attempts with these results (repeatable).
