`PATCH /v1/organizations/{orgId}/projects/{projectId}/obs/dashboards/{dashboardId}`

Every field is optional; only the ones given change, and spec is replaced whole. A change of name, description or spec saves a new version (the last 50 are kept); tags alone don't. A body that changes nothing changes nothing, ETag included. Restoring a version is a PATCH with its spec. 400 invalid_request at spec.<path>, as for a create. 412 precondition_failed.

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `apiKey`, http, header `Authorization`
- `oauth`, http, header `Authorization`
- `sessionCookie`, apiKey, in cookie
