`GET /v1/organizations`

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `apiKey`, http, header `Authorization`
- `sessionCookie`, apiKey, in cookie
- `oauth`, http, header `Authorization`

## Query parameters

- `ListOrganizations.query.limit` (string, optional)
  - pattern `^[+-]?\d*\.?\d+(?:[Ee][+-]?\d+)?$`
- `ListOrganizations.query.cursor` (string, optional)
