Path: Queues API

`POST /v1/organizations/{orgId}/projects/{projectId}/queues`

Every setting is optional and takes its default. 409 when the project has a queue with this name. 400 queue_type_mismatch when the dead-letter queue is of the other type; the dead-letter queue is in the same project.

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `apiKey`, http, header `Authorization`
- `oauth`, http, header `Authorization`
- `sessionCookie`, apiKey, in cookie

## Path parameters

- `CreateQueue.path.orgId` (string, required)
  - format `uuid`
- `CreateQueue.path.projectId` (string, required)
  - format `uuid`

## Header parameters

- `CreateQueue.header.Idempotency-Key` (string, optional) — Makes a retry safe: the same key and request get the stored response.
  - pattern `^[\x21-\x7e]{1,200}$`

## Request body

_Required._

- `CreateQueue.name` (string, required) — Unique in the project; fixed at creation.
  - pattern `^[A-Za-z0-9_-]{1,80}$`
- `CreateQueue.contentBasedDedup` (boolean, optional) — FIFO only: a message without a dedupId is deduplicated by the SHA-256 of its body.
  - default `false`
- `CreateQueue.delaySeconds` (integer, optional) — The queue's default delivery delay.
  - min 0; max 900; default `0`
- `CreateQueue.receiveWaitSeconds` (integer, optional) — The default long-poll wait of a receive.
  - min 0; max 20; default `0`
- `CreateQueue.redrive` (one of, optional)
  - one of: [RedrivePolicy](/queues-api/schemas/RedrivePolicy/), `null`
- `CreateQueue.retentionSeconds` (integer, optional) — How long a message is kept after it's sent.
  - min 60; max 1209600; default `345600`
- `CreateQueue.tags` (map<string>, optional) — At most 50; keys 1-128 characters, values at most 256, keys starting with ezgh: are reserved.
- `CreateQueue.type` (unknown, optional) — standard: at-least-once, best-effort order. fifo: strict order per message group and send deduplication. Fixed at creation.
  - one of `"standard"`, `"fifo"`; default `"standard"`
- `CreateQueue.visibilityTimeoutSeconds` (integer, optional) — How long a received message stays hidden from other receivers.
  - min 0; max 43200; default `30`
