Path: Service Quotas API

`GET /v1/organizations/{orgId}/quotas`

Every active quota, with its value and usage. For a quota narrower than the organization, the value is what a scope key without its own override gets, usage is null and usageSummary sums its scope keys up, unless scopeKey picks one scope key. regions lists the platform's regions.

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `apiKey`, http, header `Authorization`
- `sessionCookie`, apiKey, in cookie
- `oauth`, http, header `Authorization`

## Path parameters

- `ListQuotas.path.orgId` (string, required)
  - format `uuid`

## Query parameters

- `ListQuotas.query.service` (string, optional) — Only this product's quotas: its namespace.
  - pattern `^[a-z]{2,32}$`
- `ListQuotas.query.scope` (unknown, optional) — Only quotas per organization, per project or per resource.
  - one of `"organization"`, `"project"`, `"resource"`
- `ListQuotas.query.scopeKey` (string, optional) — A project's or resource's ID: each quota's value, source and usage are then that scope key's. With scope project or resource, only those quotas; without scope, a project's view: the organization's quotas and that project's.
  - pattern `^[0-9a-f]{8}-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-9a-f]{12}$`
- `ListQuotas.query.region` (string, optional) — The region of perRegion quotas' values and usage.

- `ListQuotas.query.limit` (integer, optional) — The page size. Out of range is 400, never a clamp.
  - min 1; max 100; default `20`
- `ListQuotas.query.cursor` (string, optional) — The previous page's nextCursor. Bound to the organization and every filter.
