Service quotas limit how much of each service your organization can have or use, such as the
number of projects or OCR pages per billing period. Each quota has a value, and a request that
would take usage past the value is refused. You can see every quota, its value and your usage in
the console, with the ezgh CLI, or through the API.
- View quotas: in the console, with the CLI, or through the API.
- Default quotas: the values that apply unless your organization’s value differs.
- When a quota is exceeded: the

Kinds

A billing period is a calendar month in UTC.
Scopes
A quota’s scope says what its value applies to:
- Organization: one value and count for the whole organization.
- Per project: each project has its own value and count.
