ezgh obs services get

ezgh obs services get <service>

Show a service: its key and the service.name and service.namespace it comes from, the applications and SDK languages it reported, and each environment it was seen in, with the latest service.version there and the signals it sent. The service is given by its exact key (namespace/name, or name: case-sensitive, as sent), ID or slug (svc_…).
