Observability API

A dataset holds a project's telemetry for one environment. Logs arrive over OTLP at obs-ingest.ezghcloud.com with a project ingest key, and are read with synchronous search or asynchronous queries. Every management path is under an organization; lists are paged with limit, cursor and nextCursor.
