List one log attribute's values

The values of one attribute key among the newest matching records that have it (a sample), the most common first. sampled false means the counts are exact. 422 query_too_expensive: narrow the window or filters. 429 too_many_requests: too many console reads are running in the organization (they have their own pool, apart from searches); retry after Retry-After. 503 source_unavailable: some of the data can't be read right now; there is never a partial answer. Not idempotent and nothing is kept.
