Search a dataset's logs

Synchronous and bounded. 422 query_too_expensive: narrow the search or start a query. 400 cursor_expired: start again. 503 source_unavailable: some of the data can't be read right now; there is never a partial answer. Not idempotent and nothing is kept: a retry is a new search.
